Suddenly we are in this crazy rollercoaster. There may be fear about money, health, some boredom, just isolation and negative emotions. Let me know if you want a short 15 min video chat. I charge nobody. We can also just have fun, or chat what's on your mind.

Try to meditate, run, cycle in nature. Work. Take care of family.
Feel ungrounded? Make a schedule of your key activities to help you remind of the top 3-5 things you need to do each day, a new routine. Try 5 minutes every day of gratitude or affirmations. This is the time to experiment.
Try to take care of your cleaners: they don't have any buffer (and mine has no bank account). Reach out to them.
